Felicity is a British actress that gained notoriety for her role as Jane Hawking, the protagonist in The Theory of Everything. Jones started acting at aged 12. She's been an actor in a variety of plays, television shows, and films. She started her career as a TV actress on The Treasure Seekers. Then in The Worst Witch she played Ethel Hallow. Then came Weirdsistersisters, a sequel to The Worst Witch. She played Young Ruth in her first film Flashbacks of a Fool and then went on to star in a variety of films. In The Invisible Woman & The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she made a name for herself in her performance. The actress was nominated for an Oscar first time for her character as Stephen's wife Hawking on The Theory of Everything. The biopic is based on the life of physicist Stephen Hawking, and Jones was highly praised by the public and reviewers for her impeccable portrayal of Hawking's former wife. Inferno, a Tom Hanks thriller was her following film. In 2016 the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles announced Jones to be the British Artist of The Year for her talent and contributions to the cinema.
